Meet the Team

Chassity Harper, MMFT, LMFT

Owner / Director / Therapist

My approach is integrative, collaborative, and whole-person centered. I will listen to understand and help you to know you are seen and heard. I value your experience, expectations, and your hopes for therapy. We will check in regularly to see how therapy is working for you. Healing, growth, skill building, and reflection take time, and I support and encourage the process. I will be honest in feedback as patterns may emerge. I will gently challenge areas of “stuckness” that allow for growth. I will open opportunities for new ways of thinking and perspective to occur that grow in personal self-awareness, empowerment and connection with others. Break free from marriage and relationship problems, depression, anxiety, panic and low self-worth. My passion is helping you build connection, understanding, and compassion to walk in confidence, empowerment, and healing. Can you imagine what freedom might feel like? Can you imagine life where trauma doesn’t take the front seat and disconnection doesn’t take the leading role. You are the narrator of your life. Let’s get to writing the next chapter!

Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about making memories with my family. Given the chance, I immerse myself in the world of live plays, musicals, and all things related to the fine arts. I’ve had the privilege of speaking at women’s events in Arkansas, Texas, and the Dominican Republic. Contributing to the community is a passion, and I’ve dedicated countless hours to volunteering in diverse roles, such as teaching family and children’s classes, delivering meals to the elderly through Meals on Wheels, participating in Habitat for Humanity builds, serving meals to the homeless, and mentoring young people and single moms. I’ve immersed myself in communities in the DFW area, Little Rock area, and am now happy to serve in the Texarkana area.

Lindsey Sullivan, M.A., LMFT-Associate

Couples and marriages are at the heart of the work I love to do. I am trained to notice patterns, experiences, family dynamics, internal processes and more that shape who we are and how we connect with people around us. Are you stuck in an all too familiar pattern? Are you rebuilding trust within your intimate relationship? I work with couples who feel disconnected and finding themselves in that place. Perhaps you are wanting to strengthen, invest in, and deepen your connection to prevent a crisis. I can help you build for the long term. I have a particular heart for women during pregnancy and postpartum, including those navigating postpartum anxiety and depression, overwhelm, changes in identity, relationship changes, and the complicated emotions that can come with becoming a mother. I am here to help.

My clients find me warm, genuine, and down-to-earth. Therapy is a place you can be honest and raw with no judgement attached. It’s a safe place. I will not just sit back and nod, I’ll be present and directly challenge you to a place of new perspective.

ABOUT ME

No one’s story is beyond hope. Nearly two decades ago, I founded an international nonprofit serving individuals affected by homelessness, addiction, exploitation, and human trafficking. That work has taken me from sitting alongside people on the streets to serving as a human trafficking advisor and liaison to the White House, speaking to audiences across the country, and leading groups centered on recovery, healing, and hope. Those experiences shaped my belief that people have an incredible capacity for growth and change. I fiercely believe in the goodness I see in people, even when they are have difficulty seeing it in themselves.

I am a wife and mom of four. I love marriage and have been married to my best friend for many years. I also know firsthand that loving your family deeply doesn’t make marriage or parenting easy. Family life is beautiful, exhausting, hilarious, complicated, and sometimes all of those things before breakfast.

My job is not to help you create a perfect marriage, family, or life. I hope to help you better understand yourself, what you’re feeling, why you’re feeling it, and how those emotions shape the way you connect with others. Together, we can identify the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen the relationships that matter most, and help you move forward with greater self-awareness, connection, and hope.

Lindsey is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate supervised by Dr. Nicole Vargas, PHD, LMFT-s and AAMFT approved Supervisor.
